The Perfect-10 surgery is to straighten and shorten the toes. Last, but not least there is the Cushioning surgery which applies fat from your abdomen to the ball of your feet.

You probably think now this is all joking? You’re wrong! Many women in LA and also in the UK these days have applied one or more of those surgeries. In the UK women have spent already € 36 million per year for this. I guess Posh is one of them.
