Do you remember? Was it last month the management of a law firm in the UK who advised a rather uncommen dress code to female employees. This time it’s the management of the Bank of England who does almost the same.
A NY magazine editor got a hand on a copy of a memo sent out on the “Dress for Success” day held earlier this week at the Bank of England. The memo tells to female employees detailing just how they should dress for success, important now more than ever during the current economic times.
Follow this amazing former Versace shoe designer girls. He’s the one who said
“I love women to be noticed. I love to put them on the pedestal they deserve.”

Special for the Dutch
Unfortunately I was unable to get it verified. On February 1st a stilettorun is organized (Dutch) in Arnhem. This time it’s not the magazine Glamour who does the organization, but six students. They aim to break the record of 260 contestants. Enrolling into the run is free, but contestants are asked to bring cloths and shoes for the charity foundation Humana.
Jimmy Choo -as you all know, my favorite- has the spring / summer collection online. Too bad it’s a nightmare to get Jimmy Choo here in the Netherlands. Check it out, I’ve already chosen my favorite.
I’m getting many times questions how I’m ever able to walk in high heels. Well, you need some talent for it, that’s for sure. But if you have a bit talent (most woman do!), there are just a few simple steps to take. Most of all it’s practise. This YouTube vid gives some very nice tips.
